• Hours: flexible to meet your client’s needs. Most of our bankers work in the AM and evening and take some time off in the middle of the day, but you will work with management to build a schedule to best serve you and your client’s needs.

• States Covered: We can do loans in ALL states!

• We fund most of our own loans.  In house we do conventional, FHA, VA, USDA.  We are correspondent on 203k's and Reverse Mortgages, lender underwrites them, we fund them.   

• We go down to 600 FICO for almost all products. (can go lower case by case basis with brokering option)

• Loan Pricing:  We have excellent pricing for our loan programs.  As good or better than any wholesale lenders out there.   

• Technology: Online lead management system, OpenClose LOS, CRM and proposal generating software are all available.
